We are happy to announce that our former sous chef, Brent Eason, is now the resident chef of Bugatti’s Ristorante. Brent has been sharpening his culinary skills for over 13 years and his current focus is on regional and seasonal Italian flare.
We don’t know how he has the energy to run circles around us with 3 toddlers (a set of twins in the mix), but he does! We are grateful for Brent’s commitment and friendship, and we are excited to see this talent grow and prosper as we reap the benefits of his delicious food.
Bugatti’s Restaurant owner also produces the superb Anne Amie and Pamplin Family wines and isdelighted to offer their premium local wines for a very special price, only for our guests. Please look forthese limited selection wines on our menu.
